1 .04. april fools day

well what did we do today, i help the nurse with your gastromony dressing, we first bath, i held you in a hand ball position and under my arm, you seem to enjoyed it when i wash your head but when it came to your body you would cry,and after you had your bath you seen to very settle you were weight and it 2.405kg , you have also lost 50 grams , i also help you with your feed good night

you must have know that we where coming in , you had your eyes open for us waiting to see your family that love you. dad feed you to night , it took a while for you to fall asleep, ( hush ben sleep)

well what have we done today?
you had your eyes open again for us, you have been waiting fro your dinner , we had change your repoplog tube tape on your face i have also taken a photo of you without anything in your face , it made me cry has i havent seen it of your face, you had look so diffenter without it , , we also recived good news that your oesgutus has gron from 10cm to 12cm so hopefully soon their be doing your operation soon, we better be leavuing you so you can get dsome hard core rest so you can grow,

you had been asleep(zzzzzzzzz) went we arrival it was nearly your tucker time , so before your feed you got to pick you up, your nanny maat said that you look like your brother erick, and then she had given you back to me for some time with your mum, and then dad and cousin jason walk in dad also held you , god we miss you wish you were home with you family,i also got to give you your milk , and then you went to sleep again,

you have been crying today , when we arrival you had been waiting for your feeds ,your whole family came to see you, mum dad,sister claire,and brother erick.
claire and erick have been playing in the hallway while mum and dad get quality time with you, but you went to fell asleep, mum settle you to sleep , and then we had to go home has we cant spend the night with you , we had to go to put your brother and sister in their bed,

your dad had came to see you today has have been sick to come in, and didnt want you get sick and the other babies in your room to sick too, it break my heart not to be there for you , i have express more milk for you ,so dad can also give it to the nurse for you,dad let you sleep, you look to peaceful not to be woken up , he had given the milk and then left,

we manger to come in today , i feed heap better , i express a fully 250ml bottle of milk, that the most i have done , i quite proud of myself , we try to help you sit for the first time you felt a bit strage to it and with a little bit of support from your dad, you had been a bit flopy with your head looking around to see what you can see,erick is still unsure to touch you, as he doesnt want to hurt you and that wires attach to you, but he was happy to see you,

every time i enjoyed our time togher the contact ,bond and the specail kind of love that we have, it all worth it
you must have knew we were there, your feed it took 20 mintes for your feed to finish as everything is still the same like yesturday

you had been asleep when i came to see you the neonatal unit call and said that there isnt enought milk for you and will have to put you on formual , your weight to this day is 2.586kg , well done i also gave you a bit of a wash down , and of cause you went to sleep, good night

you had a visted from aunty brooke and robbie and cousin has their have never met you before, also i had brought you a glow in the dark dummy ( so you cant lose it and it easy to find, they have put you on a pump for your milk to be feed throu, it a trial ,your feed are now are 58mls per 2 hours, and then you went to sleep,

before coming in i recivied a phone to come in early ,mind you i was coming in
early any way from the neonatal team to tell me that their have move you from room4 to room 2 , their put the babies from room 4 into room 2 cause it was every roomy, you been having a lot of dirty nappies all in the first 10 minutes, i also had you sitting you again and you are getting used to it slowy , claire had given you a kiss and so did i , once you slep we manger to go so i can put claire and erick in their bed, now be good,

as you just lay there just happy and waiting for cuddle , i saw the surgen and ask some question ?

1* when will the scan happen?
2*when will the big operation happen?

Joe crameri the surgen told us that it is a big opertaion and you be in the insetivecare unit for a week, you will be very much asleep and that your body wont be able to move and that your body will have to heal it self in that time, i nearly cry , knowing that a lot to go throu, has i held you i only could think that iam so lucky to have you , you are soo strong, i never know a baby that gone throu this like you have, , you were weight your wight is till this day is 2.708kg ,well done, will give you a bath on friday, i brought you 4 bottles of express milk,enjoy

you have been wake when i arrival , i held you up and gave you the biggest cuddles your family came to see you and couisn jason , erick has fallen asleep their had to retape the tape on your face had it got very wet, so i got to help the nurse i held the piece of wool that hold the tube ,i wrap you in a blanket and pat your bottom and you fell asleep, and then i had to leave,i really hate leaving you , but if anything goes wrong i wont know what to do,

note: i open a bank account for you there $109 in there and has time goes on ,whwen your older you have a good future, but used it wisly i think about every day little man with all my heart love you ben from mum

ben what can i say dad has gotten unwell so mum brough the milk in , the nurse had change you gastrogmony dressing and gave you a bath as wouldn't be able at that time for your bath ,

has you have been laying there , the nurse and the doctors put another gastromony tube in again they also done an x-ray to see if in position , your breathing has become very noisy ,the x-ray came back and your chest seem to be clearans the gastromony is in position , you wre weight today your weight is o this date is 3 kilo , your past your birth weight m hopefully their will think about doing your operation soon,(cross finger*** )

came in today as you had your eyes open , nothing has change at all that day id about the same

you haad been laying there . their was a nurse name wendy who would be looking after you to day , your weight i now 6 lb 8ounce, i also got to change yoyr gastromony tube dressing so that way when you come home i have the ractise th do it at home and that i be a pro at it,you had enjoyed you bath , after your bath you seem to fall asleep,

paul (dad) came to see you tonight and your nanny maat , you had a little present for dad a smile that brighten his day you smile for the very first time, naany matt saud that you loook like your brother erick, mum will come in tomorrow to give you a bath and do you dressing , mum stay home to get your room ready for when you come home, (cant wait till that day)

the nurse gave yoy a bath has i was late in coming in , if i was to give you one late you might catch a cold , you got to meet your cousin stacey for the very first time , you look at stacey for a while , your favouirte susan , she is nice looking after you to-day untill 8:00pm and another nurse came in to take over looking after you , i also held you for a while and held your finger to i also feed you feed you today after that you had gone to sleep, good night little ben , stacey said that she never seen a baby that fell asleep stright after he feed, that a good baby you are ben

i gad cajge your gatromony dressing , it took me awhile cause the nurse who had done it last really made sure that it wont fall out, ,i then gave you a bath that you love so much you would be swiming in the bath that you seem to settle after your bath , your weight is to date 3.358
your oestgus has grown an extra 0.05 from the 10 cm , hopefully in two week for your operaion , but i not goung to put my hopes up just to wait to find out when they will do it?

i came in early today has aunty vicki and ryan has their had an appoinment at the hospital erick is slowy getting used to you but still unsure to touch you ,vicki later came to visted you later on afetr her appiontment, i also feed you and then you went to sleep . aunty paulette and uncle norbert brought you a beauitful baby bok for mum to do for you ,so when your older you can see what you have done

went to court in sale to-day has witness cause a man went throu the kitchen window in thw house in traralgon , back in january 8 2005 , mum came and gave the milk to the nurse , you had been sleep so i gave you a big kiss and also a big cuddles

got excellent news your reploge tube has grown from 10 cm -12cm .it grown a little more , i told the nurse i be in tomorow to give you a bath and change your gastromony tube dressing , i let you go to sleep and give you big cuddles
